Terms and Conditions of G-B-A Supply LTD, operating the website www.hufo.co.uk

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions(GTC).

Please tick the checkbox in the shopping basket to accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

·         You are at least 18 years old;

·         You are resident in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland).


We operate the website www.hufo.co.uk We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08410355 and whose registered office is at 3rd Floor 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH. Depot Address: UNIT 8 FORGEWOOD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, GATWICK ROAD, CRAWLEY, RH10 9PG.


We may update the Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. Although we try to update the information on the Site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

You are responsible for configuring Your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Site. You should use Your own virus protection software.


Our site is only intended for use by people residing in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland).

At present we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, therefore we do not accept orders from the above mentioned countries.

After placing an order on our site, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched.


Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the email Dispatch Confirmation.

We will make delivery to your address as stated when you set up an account or you can select an alternative address at the checkout by selecting “ship to a different address”.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal. Any changes to address details must be made before the order deadlines published on our Website.

You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion.

If you can’t pick up your package, you can choose from other options. DPD can leave your package in a location that you feel safe or hand it over to your neighbor, but this must always be reconciled with DPD. If your package can not be delivered by DPD, it will not be delivered the next day but will be destroyed. In this case, we - the hufo team – don’t bear the responsibility for the damage.

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.

You must inspect the Products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us promptly if you find any defects, by calling us, emailing us or writing to us at the telephone number or email address shown on our Website. We will replace or refund you for defective Products.

The ownership of the Products ordered on our site will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including the delivery charges.

Your order will be ready to delivered/collect within maximum 2 working days if your products are available in our UK depot.


If there is no one to collect your order at the collection point who is 18 years of age or over, we will notify. We'll then contact you to re-arrange collection at a convenient time. Customers who are lucky enough not to look 25 or over, will be asked by our collection colleague to provide proof of age to show that they are 18 or over. Orders can only be collected by persons over 18 years of age to ensure that we comply with laws regarding the sale of age-restricted goods e.g. Alcohol.

Due to licensing restrictions We can only provide alcohol for Collection during the licensing hours that are within Our Collection times. These are currently 9am - 17pm Monday to Fiday and 10am - 14pm Saturday.

You can have your order for collection. Your order will be available to collect from our depot once you have received an email message confirming it is ready.


Free on all orders

All items in basket must be available for Click and collect.

Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be canceled and refund to your account.

Minimum order value: £25

Standard Delivery

We will deliver all stocked items within 2 working days.
Exclusions apply.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.

Deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday between 9am and 17:30pm.

Free on all UK orders over £75 and charged at £3.95 per order for orders under £75 and charged at 5.95 per order for orders under £50.

What do i need to bring when i collect my order?

When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order.


You must be over the age of 18 (eighteen) to purchase alcohol from www.hufo.co.uk. If you have ordered alcohol from us and cannot be at home at your selected delivery time, it is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person aged eighteen or older is there to receive the order.

The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site. The purchase price is GBP based.

There is a minimum order value, this is displayed on the Site.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and other major payment cards.

  • Secure Borgun Credit Card Payment

In the course of placing the order, Customer shall indicate whether he#slshe intends to pay the deposit or the full purchase price. Then by selecting the appropriate check box, Customer shall confirm that he#slshe read and accepted this GTC. As a next step, Customer may choose Secure Borgun Credit Card Payment method. Then Customer provides his/her second name, first name, email address and the full shipping address. By clicking on the Confirm details button, Customer finalizes the order. When Customer clicks on the Complete Checkout button, system redirects Customer to Borgun website. Customer can effect the payment here on Borgun website. On Borgun website, Customer can check the subject of the order and the amount to pay once more. Customer provides credit card data and completes payment by clicking on the Finish Order button.

  • Secure PayPal Payment

In the course of placing the order, Customer shall indicate whether he#slshe intends to pay the deposit or the full purchase price. Then by selecting the appropriate check box, Customer shall confirm that he#slshe read and accepted this GTC. Then Customer chooses Secure PayPal Payment method. By clicking on the Pay button, Customer confirms the order, then he#slshe is redirected to PayPal website. Customer can effect the payment on PayPal website. On PayPal website, Customer can check the subject of the order and the amount to pay once more. Customer may decide if he#slshe intends to effect the payment by logging into a PayPal account, or he#slshe will provide credit card data and the billing address. Customer completes the transaction and the order by clicking on the Continue icon.

If a payment has been rejected by your bank or it was not successful for other reasons, we will not be able to process your order. You must contact us to arrange payment and wait for that payment to go through before we can process your order.

You cannot change or cancel orders on our website, however, if you need to cancel your order you can by calling or emailing us (contact details are on the Website), during our office opening hours and subject to our order deadlines. No changes or cancellations can be done if the order has been processed and/or dispatched.

All prices for Products are inclusive of any applicable VAT.


If you are unhappy with your products for a legitimate reason such as: the box was missing ingredients, the box was damaged, the box did not arrive. We will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not provided as it should have been.

You have a legal right to cancel an order at any time up to 14 working days (Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period) from the day after the day the products are delivered to You. This means that during the relevant period if You change Your mind or for any other reason You decide You do not want to keep a product, You can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund. This right to cancel does not apply in the case of:

perishable products, such as fresh food or drink; and/or items which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped.

To cancel an order please contact us in writing to tell Us or send Us an e-mail to order@hufo.co.uk. You will need to provide the email address registered with Your account and confirm the order number you wish to cancel.

You will receive a full refund of the price You paid for the order and any applicable delivery charges You paid for. We will process the refund due to You as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which We receive the products back from You or 14 calendar days after the day on which You gave us evidence of having sent the products back, whichever is sooner. We will refund You by the same method You used to pay for the order where possible

We may require You to return products at Your cost. Products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Your rights under consumer legislation for these products are not affected.


When you register to use the Website you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should notify us by contacting us immediately.


The images of the products on the Website are for illustration only. Although We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our site.


Some of our products may contain allergens. Please check the ingredients and allergens information on the products label and/or on the product info on the website.


Whilst We seek to supply You with the best quality products we cannot be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits or reliance You had in having the products delivered to You, arising out of Our supply or failure to supply the products to You.


Nothing in these terms and conditions will restrict Our liability for death or personal injury resulting from Our acts or omissions breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms restrict any of Your statutory rights.

For further information about Your statutory rights, contact your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.

Other than as set out in clause Our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of products to You will be limited to the price of the products contained in that order.
